Lydia Ko has been training with Perform for Golf for several years to elevate her strength, power, and overall athletic performance. As one of the top players in the world, she came in to improve explosiveness, build total-body strength, and enhance stability for more consistent performance under pressure. Through her commitment to training, she has significantly increased her power, strength, and on-course performance, allowing her to continue competing and winning at the highest level.

For this year-long member, the answer to his plateau was a relentless, targeted off-season. Instead of a "one-size-fits-all" gym routine, he improved his specific pain points to come out the other side with the lowest scores of his life before obtaining a career-defining victory at the SCGA Mid-Amateur in 2025. Progress is an ongoing journey – even for long-time veterans.
