  • We have memberships based on one-on-one sessions. Clients can from 4x/month and up to 12x/month

  • Sessions are interchangeable between Golf Fitness coaching and swing coaching. All clients will be able to rent the simulator during business hours and have open gym access during that time as well. Sessions can also be used with Recovery( Massage therapists/Physical Therapy) and Mental skills coaches.

  • Using the TPI model, our staff will test your balance, core stability, overall strength, mobility and many other aspects of golf fitness to prescribe the best program for you. Following that, our Swing Coach do an in-depth analysis of your swing to make it more efficient and maximize your power and accuracy on the course.

  • Not at all. Perform for Golf works with golfers of all experience levels, from beginners and recreational players to competitive golfers. Whether you're just getting into the game or looking to take your performance to the next level, our programs are tailored to meet you where you are and help you improve safely and effectively.

  • All sessions and simulator time can be booked through the Perform For Golf app within a 24-hour period.

  • Yes, you can pause your membership. All pauses require a 14-day notice prior to your next billing cycle by reaching out to info@performforgolf.com. Please note all pauses are for one month at a time.

  • Clients typically see an increase in ball carry by 10-20yds within the first 10 weeks. Furthermore, recovery time for injury is typically reduced by 2 weeks.

  • Yes, we do have a physical therapist on staff

  • No, we do not sell clubs in-store. However, you can do club fittings and place orders with us at Perform For Golf.

  • Yes, our facilities are open from 7am-7pm Monday-Friday.

  • Yes, we do work with Juniors. Currently, we have had close to 50+ Juniors go on to become college athletes.
