As a Digital Design Intern, you'll collaborate with our team to create compelling graphics, promotional materials, website content, and digital assets that support our marketing initiatives. You'll develop valuable design, communication, and creative problem-solving skills while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

Design Marketing Materials

  • Create flyers, posters, digital advertisements, social media graphics, email banners, and promotional assets.

  • Design materials for events, workshops, tournaments, and community outreach initiatives.

Support Website Design & Updates

  • Assist with website updates and visual improvements.

  • Create graphics, landing page assets, and visual content that enhance user experience and brand consistency.

  • Collaborate on website optimization and design projects using Squarespace.

Maintain Brand Consistency

  • Follow established brand guidelines to ensure all visual content aligns with Perform For Golf's identity.

  • Help develop and organize brand assets, templates, and design resources.

Collaborate on Creative Projects

  • Work alongside coaches, marketers, and leadership to bring campaigns and ideas to life.

  • Contribute creative concepts that improve engagement, visibility, and overall brand presentation.

Create Engaging Digital Content

  • Design visually compelling content that helps educate, inspire, and connect with current and prospective clients.

  • Support marketing campaigns through high-quality visual storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.

  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and branding.

  • Familiarity with website platforms such as Squarespace is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Creative, organized, resourceful, and collaborative.

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to receive feedback.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Basic knowledge of website design and user experience principles.

  • Photography, videography, or motion graphics experience is a plus.

  • Interest in sports, fitness, golf, or athletic performance industries.
