Enjoy a night of relaxed movement and community for golfers and non-golfers, then stick around to mingle with both P4G and P4L members over drinks, snacks, and chill vibes from Coach Dan (chad) on the DJ booth!

What You Can Look Forward To

The Night's Schedule

Find your spot and start meeting the other participants as we get situated during the first fifteen minutes

Check-In

Participate in exercises designed to help both golfers and non-golfers move better, feel better, and perform at their best

The session will be at an easy to moderate level, with mats provided so everyone can participate

Mobility Session

Stick around to meet others from the community over charcuterie boards, cocktails (and mocktails!), and music from DJ chad
